My approach

Brief systemic psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding the individual within their relationships and contexts (family, social, work). Its goal is to promote significant changes in a relatively short period of time, identifying resources and practical solutions to the challenges each individual faces. Its benefits include rapid results, stronger bonds, and the development of concrete strategies to improve communication, emotional well-being, and quality of life.

About me

I am a psychologist trained in Brief Systemic Psychotherapy and have a Master's degree in Human Rights. My approach is inspired by the Ubuntu philosophy, creating a safe and trusting space to accompany you in your processes of change and help you find solutions that strengthen your emotional well-being.
