I work from a systemic perspective, a perspective that understands that each person is part of a network of relationships that influence their way of thinking, feeling, and acting. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore how relationships, family experiences, and social contexts have shaped your history and the dynamics you wish to transform today.

 

In these sessions, I help you identify repetitive patterns, understand the meaning of your emotions, and reconnect with your personal and relational resources. Through dialogue, reflection, and collaborative work, we promote sustainable changes that impact not only you but also your most meaningful relationships.

 

Furthermore, my training in human rights strengthens my commitment to ethical, inclusive care that respects the dignity of each person. I firmly believe that every person deserves to be heard and supported without judgment, in an environment that promotes understanding and transformation.
