About me
I am Diana Espinosa Rubiales, a psychologist with a systemic approach, committed to accompanying people in processes of change, self-knowledge, and strengthening their bonds. My practice is based on the idea that no one can be understood in isolation, but rather in relation to the systems—family, social, and cultural—that shape us.
My philosophy is inspired by the Ubuntu principle: “I am because we are.” I deeply believe in the power of empathy, collaboration, and mutual recognition as paths to healing, growth, and building collective well-being.
In addition to my training in psychology, I have a specialization in human rights, which allows me to integrate an ethical, inclusive, and respectful view of human dignity into each therapeutic process. I work from the conviction that every person has the right to be heard, understood, and accompanied without judgment.
In each session, I seek to create a safe space where you can explore your emotions, understand your relationships, and rediscover your personal resources. My goal is to help you regain balance, rebuild healthy bonds, and strengthen your emotional well-being with practical and humane tools.
